Our Services
Our Services
MPNOLA provides comprehensive Adapted Physical Education support for schools, charter networks, districts, and educational organizations. Services are tailored to each program’s needs and delivered with an emphasis on student access, measurable outcomes, accurate documentation, and practical school-based implementation.
In-Person Services
MPNOLA provides direct and consultative Adapted Physical Education services within the school environment. Services may include individual or small-group instruction, implementation of IEP goals, progress monitoring, collaboration with school personnel, participation in IEP meetings, and support for students within general physical education. Scheduling and service delivery are structured around student needs, campus operations, and IEP requirements.
Evaluation Services
MPNOLA conducts comprehensive Adapted Physical Education evaluations to help IEP teams determine student needs, eligibility considerations, appropriate programming, and service recommendations. Evaluations may include record review, interviews, observation, standardized or curriculum-based motor assessment, analysis of physical education participation, and written reporting. Findings are presented in clear, educationally relevant language and may include present levels, strengths, needs, recommendations, and measurable goal considerations for the IEP team.
APE Consultation Services
MPNOLA provides consultative Adapted Physical Education services for schools that need specialized guidance, program oversight, or support for students who do not require ongoing direct instruction from an APE provider.
Consultative services are individualized to the student or school program and may be delivered in person or virtually. Recommendations are based on available assessment data, observation, educational need, and IEP-team decisions.
This service is ideal for schools that have limited access to an APE specialist, need support implementing accommodations within general physical education, or want ongoing professional guidance without establishing a direct-service schedule.
Partner with MPNOLA to strengthen your school’s APE program and provide staff with practical, student-centered support.
Conference Presentations
MPNOLA provides engaging, practice-based presentations for conferences, professional associations, school leadership teams, and educational organizations. Sessions combine current Adapted Physical Education practices with real-world experience serving charter schools, traditional public schools, and multi-campus programs.
Presentation topics may include APE service delivery in charter schools, multi-campus scheduling and coordination, compliant documentation systems, inclusive physical education, evaluation and eligibility practices, IEP goal development, progress monitoring, consultation models, staff collaboration, and secondary transition programming.
Presentations can be customized for local, state, or national audiences and are designed to leave participants with practical strategies they can apply immediately.

Virtual Services
Virtual APE services give schools access to specialized support when an in-person provider is unavailable or when consultation is the most appropriate service model. Options may include virtual consultation, student programming, IEP goal development, progress monitoring support, teacher coaching, record review, family guidance, and participation in virtual IEP meetings. Virtual services are developed around the student’s educational needs, available technology, staffing, and the decisions of the IEP team.
Professional Development
MPNOLA provides practical professional development for physical educators, special educators, administrators, paraprofessionals, and related-service teams. Training topics may include identifying potential APE needs, inclusive physical education, instructional modifications, motor-skill development, behavior and safety supports, progress monitoring, compliant documentation, referral procedures, and collaboration across school teams. Sessions can be customized for a single campus, charter network, district, or professional organization.
Audit Preparation & Compliance Support
MPNOLA helps schools organize and review Adapted Physical Education records in preparation for internal reviews, monitoring visits, and special education audits. Support may include reviewing service logs, evaluation timelines, IEP goals, progress reports, service-minute documentation, annual reviews, reevaluations, and provider records. Schools receive clear recommendations for correcting gaps and strengthening documentation. Audit-preparation services support compliance efforts but do not guarantee the outcome of any review or audit.
